Internal Server Error requesting /system/console or /system/console/

    Description

      Requesting the web console root URL /system/console or /system/console/ should result in a redirect to the default plugin, which defaults to the Bundle page.

      Actually, the 3.1.0 release returns a 500/INTERNAL SERVER ERROR status instead of redirecting
