Description

By dropping support for Framework API 1.3 (R4.0) we can make easy use of the following Framework API 1.4 (R4.1) features:

• Bundle.getBundleContext() used to get the bundle context of bundles providing components
• ServiceReference extends Comparable supporting the service ranking service property to order references

This simplifies the code a bit.
