Description

As part of FEDIZ-122 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FEDIZ-122), Apache BVal was replaced with Hibernate as part of the update to use Spring 4. However, with a new BVal release out, we can go back to using it rather than Hibernate for bean validation.
