Description

While JSF PhaseListeners configured via XML are executed in the order of appearance in the XML, @JsfPhaseListeners are currently executed in a random order.
This sometimes causes problems.

We could either add an Integer ordinal= or something like Class<JsfPhaseListener>[] executeAfter=..
