Implementations of basic collection classes like.

• EtchQueue
• EtchList
• EtchMap
• EtchHashtable
• EtchArrayList
• EtchSet

Requirements:

• No use of external libraries like Boost, STL
• Exception free code (only use of return codes)
• Unit Tests for each class / component
