[ESME-189] Clicking on a menu link shouldn't make the item disappear - should only be unclickable

Description

Clicking on a menu link (Tokens, for example) brings you to the desired page and makes the menu item disappear. This is a problem for both formatting (as the blank spot in the menu takes up space, making the overall menu spacing irregular) and for usability, since menu links appear to move around and the user has a hard time keeping track of where they are at the moment.

Instead of disappearing, the link to the page the user is currently on should just become static text (unclickable).
