Harmonize code to display of users

    Description

      Right now, there are various places in the ESME where user data is displayed (contacts, list of users, followers, followed, etc) and each time there is a diffeent implentation. I'd to suggest that we create one centralized js file "display_users" that is similar in function to the "display_messages.js" that is used for messages. I'd also suggest using comet for users as well, that way the user-related information could be updated automatically as well.
