The method MimeMessageParser's getHtmlContent() potentially contains various inline cid links.
In scenarios where one needs to render the html content of an email, commons-email should provide a way to :
a)list all available cid's in an email (html or plain)
b)provide a way to retrieve the attachment associated with a cid
c)provide a way to map between a cid and attachment name
