We are missing some conceptual overview information.

add definitions (or links to definitions) for oplet and stream tag and somewhere explain the relationship between TStream method calls and oplets.

Response:
This level of detail doesn't belong in the Getting Started with Quarks document, but it does need a home. Opening this issue to track.
