Description

As discussed in many threads on the Mailing list, we should get rid of phases in favor of extensionPoint. This would make our life easier to integrate other ProjectHelper and should give us more flexibility on plugins.

One of the drawback of phases is that we use it for both plugin wiring and user highlevel targets. When a user run "easyant -p" with current implementations he sees lots of phases that doesn't make sense for him
