Description

When user see a alert happens from a policy's evaluation. It would be better to see the trigger condition in alert. Etc. in jmx metric cases, there would alert with contents of
The Policy "NameNodeLagPolicy" has been detected with the below information: transactIdA="1.2623229E7" transactIdB="1.2623228E7"
showing the threshold would make it more intuitive for alert reader.
