[DRILL-983] When querying for empty hive tables, no metadata is returned in the record batches

Description

After fix of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-790 and https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DRILL-660, it no longer hangs when querying for an empty hive table, but no metadata is returned with the record batch coming back. Should at least have the column names and types.
