Description

Enable UNION TYPE Mode support for EVF JSON reader, which is controlled with 

exec.enable_union_type system/session option. 

Need to leverage 

SingleMapWriter#unionEnabled functionality __ and bind to __ JsonLoaderOptions#unionEnabled config
