Null values are not filtered out in query result

      0: jdbc:drill:schema=dfs> select voter_id, name, age from voter where age not between 20 and 80;

      The output above returned age with "null" values. In oracle and postgres, the rows with "null" value for age are filtered out.

        Adding to this, in the case of join, we currently incorrectly join on null values. Need to add alternative comparison implementations for join where nulls are not equal.
