Graceful shutdown from command line against parquet tables fails

    Description

      Trigger a graceful shutdown from the command line while a query against parquet table is running would fail with the following error:

      "Error: SYSTEM ERROR: IOException: Filesystem closed

      Fragment 5:11"

      This does not occur if graceful shutdown is triggered from the webUI.

      Attached is the drillbit.log.
