Description

Create a configuration file for distribution specific settings "drill-distrib.conf".
This will be used to add distribution specific configuration.
The order in which configuration gets loaded and overriden is "drill-default.conf", per module configuration files "drill-module.conf", "drill-distrib.conf" and "drill-override.conf".
