Description

There is an unwritten rule: schema#getTable should return null if the table does not exist (continuation of the conversation in the DRILL-4673).

1. That should be documented to ensure that all plugins follow this rule.

2. Accordingly in HBase plugin HBaseSchemaFactory#getTable should return null when table is not found instead of TableNotFoundException.
