Description

AssignmentCreator was changed in DRILL-2725. Old assignment creator was kept as fallback option incase of any failures in the new assignment creator. New AssignmentCreator was added an year ago and is the default one. No problems are reported. I think it is safe to get rid of the old AssignmentCreator.
