Description

• Make the logical plan json file a cli parameter of ReferenceInterpreter
• Allow JSONWriter to write to console streams via psuedo file names console:///stderr , console:///stdout
• Spell corrections/ trailing whitespace in simple_plan.json
• Remove trailing whitespace from donuts.json
