Description

Right now, the FunctionConverter will fail to load UDAFs that use non holder workspace variables. This should be constrained to a restriction in using hash aggregation. If we detect one of these functions (or use of variable width or repeated data types workspace variables), we should only allow use of StreamingAggregate during planning.
