DSW does not check if a service for an endpoint is already registered

    Description

      When a bundle that contains service endpoint information (e.g. nested OSGI-INF/service/...) gets started, CXF registers the corresponding service object in the service registry. However, CXF does not check if a registration for this endpoint already exists. Therefore, when I stop/start the bundle several times, I end up having several service registrations for the same endpoint.
