Description

Preconditions:

1. 11 objects are in upload stage via bucket browser

Steps to reproduce:

1. Delete the object which are in upload stage
2. Delete again  the object which are in upload stage

Actual result:

1. The object waiting for upload changes the status to uploading with delay
2. It is still forbidden to load new object

Expected result:

1. The object waiting for upload changes the status to uploading without delay
2. It is allowed to load new object
