Description

Preconditions:

1. DLab is deployed on AWS from branch-515

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create TensorFlow with Jupyter

Actual result:

1. TensorFlow with Jupyter creation fails

Expected result:

1. TensorFlow with Jupyter creation is successful
