Preconditions:

1. Resources (notebook/computational resource) are created on local endpoint
2. Current user has administrative role

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disconnect local endpoint and (do NOT terminate related resources or terminate)

Actual result:

1. Administrative role is absent for current user
