Description

1.  Total sum should be sticky when scrolling only for Firefox v.72.0.2 (64-bit)
2.  Add horizontal lines for Service Charges column for Edge browser v. 44.18362.387.0
3.  If project is not still created all pages are blocked after visiting a 'Billing report' page
