Description

1. Remove 'Delete project' from action
2. Stop edge node popup:  change 'Select the items you want to stop' -> 'Select the edge nodes you want to stop'
3. Terminate edge node popup:  change 'Select the items you want to terminate' -> 'Select the edge nodes you want to terminate'
4. Add 'Select all' for stop/terminate edge node popup
