Description

Preconditions:

1. Notebook is created
2. Billing is available for deployed DLab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to billing report page

Actual result:

1. Image is not absent in billing report page

Expected result:

1. Image is present in billing report page

 Images are not included  even in billing on cloud console. 

Check if images are correctly tagged.
