Description

Preconditions:

1. Notebook is created (in 'running' or 'stopped' statuses)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Turn on scheduler by inactivity for notebook
2. Click 'Save' button
3. Turn on scheduler by time

Actual result:

1. Value 'Select offset' is absent ('Z' in F12)

Expected result:

1. Value 'Select offset' is default value of your browser
