Major Description
The console calls GET-MGMT-NODES to get the list of nodes in a network. It then uses that list to request info for each node.
If there is only one node in a network, the call to GET-MGMT-NODES returns an empty list. If there are multiple nodes in the network, the returned list contains all the nodes; including the node the console is attached to.
The console should handle the situation where no nodes are returned and construct a name for the router it is attached to.
