Description

There is currently no visibility into how many deliveries are released or modified in the router.
It is desirable to add the following counters to links (in addition to total_deliveries):

• Pre-settled deliveries
• Accepted deliveries
• Rejected deliveries
• Released deliveries
• Modified deliveries
