[DISPATCH-444] Add full entity type to schema

Description

The console needs to send the full entity type for CRUD operations. For example the type for the entity 'address' should be 'org.apache.qpid.dispatch.router.config.address'.
There is a type attribute that contains the correct value for existing entities.

However, when sending a CREATE operation, the console doesn't have an existing entity. Rather than hard-code a map of entity names to full entity types the schema should contain the full entity type for each entity that supports any of the operations.
