Description

Add new feature to support HTTP/2 protocol on the router.

This feature involves the introduction of new entities to the router called httpListener and httpConnector. The httpListener will accept HTTP/2 connections and make an outbound connection using the httpConnector.

The router will use AMQP to route the messages. The router will act as a protocol bridge.
