Description

This condition is generated routinely in build/tests/system_test.dir/system_tests_two_routers/PropagationTest.

Attached please find an html document showing the disposition. This doc was generated by

  cd setUpClass
    dispatch/tools/scraper/scraper.py -f *.log > tworouters.html
  firefox tworouters.html

To conveniently view the connection and link in question click on the Connections link in the table of contents. Then deselect all connections and check the View checkbox for the third connection "QDR.A A0_3 to B0_1 QDR.B". Now the Log data section is showing only that connection.

Proceed to the Log data section. These log lines illustrate the problem.

• 2020-01-06 13:22:02.656617 presettled transfer 18 is sent from QDR.A to QDR.B.
