Description

Scenario 1: have 250,000 addresses on router A, then connect router B to it and then immediately try and run qdstat against router B (it will often timeout as general work is stuck behind inefficient parsing of the MAU sent by A)

Scenario 2: After scenario 1, remove all the addresses (best doe by having them created by connections from a single process that is then killed) and again try qdstat against B.
