[DISPATCH-1485] qdstat --limit 0 seems to cause infinit loop

Description

I tried 0 as the value for --limit hopeing it would imply unlimited (seems a little nicer than picking some arbitrary large number). The client seems to go into an infinit loop of some kind, never exiting and burning up lots of cpu and eventually memory.
