Major Description
This issue is with program authservice.py written to support system_tests_authz_service_plugin self test. The issue is not with the router mission code. See attached selftest log file.
A workaround is simply ignore the error that bubbles up from Proton. The onus is on Proton to figure out what is really wrong and how a caller like AuthService can avoid the error.
