Major Description
On the console's topology page, if you mouseover a client connection (line between router and client) you get a popup with info about the connect and info about the links.
Currently the popup contains per address aggregate attributes like undelivered, unsettled, rejected, etc. These are not as useful as the per address current rate of deliveries.
For each address listed, add the rate of deliveries to the connection mouseover popup.
