Description

We should add the 'org.eclipse.ui.carbon' Eclipse plugin to the Mac OS X distribution.

This plugin adapts the Mac OS X to get the standard "About Apache Directory Studio" and "Preferences" actions in the application's menu.

In order to not have them duplicated in the "Window" (for the preferences action) and in the "Help" menus (for the about action), they must be removed from these locations in the RCP application.
