[DIRSTUDIO-270] Copy and paste does not work when value being edited

Description

In a different program i select a text and copy it into the clipboard.
After selecting value I press F7, which starts editing the selected value.
When i press Ctrl+V nothing happens.
In every other program i can paste the text from the clipboard.
