Description

A XPPException is thrown when a value is empty (e.g. <value></value>).
This occurs in a :
o AddRequest
o CompareRequest
o ExtendedRequest (Name & Value)
o ModifyRequest
o ExtensibleMatch Filter
o Substrings Filter (Any, Initial, Final)
o ControlValue used in each Request
