[DIRSTUDIO-1264] Apache Studio can not be run on MacOS 11.2 (Big Sur)

Description

after downloading and moving the app to die Application Folder. Apache Studio can not be started.

MacOS reports the app can not be scanned for malicious code.

Overriding via MacOS setting Security doesn't work as well.
