      Description

      Method AbstractMessage.setMessageId(...) should have a return type set to type of message in order to allow chaining like the other setter methods.

      For example, I'd like to be able to this:
      BindRequest bindRequest = new BindRequest();
      bindRequest.setMessageId( ... ).setName( ... ).setCredentials( ... ) ... etc
