Major Description
We will be consolidating everything in snickers so there is only 2 jars and 2 projects for the entire project. There will be a runtime and a buildtime (may be called compiler) project only. The other projects will be integrated back into the runtime.
Dependencies on codec and lang will be removed. To use Snickers you will only need the runtime.jar. To compile with Snickers you'll need the buildtime/compiler jar.
