      Description

The jndi provider implementation and the interceptor framework are getting too conjested and coupled. We need to refactor them so we can continue to work in a clean environment.

There are several things that need to be done and I will use subtasks to list them. I recommend these changes for right after the 0.8.0 release when the trunk switches to 0.9.0 for experimental work.

Trustin took care of the hard part of this issue however some of its subtasks are still valid.
