Description
The zip file does not unpack cleanly on OSes which use case-insensitive file names. For example MacOSX and Windows.
This is because there is a directory called 'dependencies' as well as a plain file called 'DEPENDENCIES'.
This causes zip to complain that the file already exists.
The latter file is not really needed so could be excluded from the archive.
