Description

When "entryDn" operational attribute is requested along with all user attributes
using the wildcard "*" then "entryDn" attribute is not returned.

To reproduce, perform a search and request attributes "*" and "entryDn" and see that the "entryDn" attribute is not present in the returned entries.
