      Description

Even if it's not declared in the configuration file, this interceptor is started by default. That means we don't really take care of the configuration, it does not overwrite the DefaultDirectoryServer.setDefaultInterceptorConfigurations() config, which is weird.

The pb is a bit different that what I thought : in fact, when the config does declare the interceptor, it's not loaded. The issue was that the test I ran was embedding the server, though using the default config instead of the config.ldif file.

I have added the missing interceptor in the config file
