[DIRSERVER-1738] Can't restart ApacheDS after setting a value superior to Integer.MAX_VALUE in an AT with Integer syntax

Description

Setting a value of '2147483648' (Integer.MAX_VALUE + 1) in an AT with Integer syntax doesn't fail, but I'm not able to restart the server afterwards.

The server complains that it cannot store the value into the AT.
