[DIRMINA-820] ReferenceCountingFilter didn't work well

Description

When I use the ReferenceCountingFilter wrap my filter, filter.init() and filter.destory() didn't work well.
It's seem like a bug on org.apache.mina.filter.util.ReferenceCountingFilter.java line 57th.
the "++count" should be outside ths "{}".
