It seems that the release notes for commons-digester 2.0 points to the wrong file:

=> seems to be release notes for 3.1
I have checked in svn:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/commons/proper/digester/tags/DIGESTER_2_0/RELEASE-NOTES.txt
...and the source seems correct. This is probably a bug in the web site.
2.0 is an old version, but it is useful to have the complete chain of release notes to plan an upgrade.
